Are you an ESSEC alumna looking to connect with a high-level mentor for one year? You have until Monday 15 June at midnight to apply to the EWA Boost’ programme!

What is EWA Boost’ Mentoring?

EWA Boost’ is a mentoring programme run by our ESSEC Women Alumni (EWA) Club, dedicated to women ESSEC graduates. Christine Malpart (E87), President of EWA and volunteer initiator of the project, explains: “At our level, we aim to enhance women’s visibility and professional success by offering a supportive and inspiring framework to ESSEC alumnae who wish to access positions of responsibility, lead an entrepreneurial project or, more broadly, untangle the invisible threads that can complicate their careers.

Who is the programme for?

The programme is aimed at women ESSEC graduates with at least five years of professional experience, who are subscribing members of ESSEC Alumni, and who wish to boost their professional project, strengthen their confidence, accelerate the launch or stabilise the maturity of their company, prepare for departure or return from expatriation, or join an executive committee or management board…

What is an EWA Boost’ mentor?

A mentor is someone who, outside any hierarchical or financial relationship, inspires their mentee’s reflections through the lens of their own experience. The mentoring relationship is based on trust and mutual questioning. EWA Boost’ mentors are leading figures in French and international economic life. They hold an ESSEC degree, occupy senior leadership positions or have founded their own companies, and are committed to gender equality.
The 2026 edition is sponsored by Pierre Auberger (E83), Senior Advisor at the communications agency JIN, and himself a mentor for the past 10 years.
This year, there are two new “international” figures among the 33 mentors involved:

Tailored support

The programme includes 10 meetings between the mentor and the mentee over the year, each lasting around one hour, either face-to-face, by phone or via videoconference. The meetings are led, organised and prepared by the mentee.

At the same time, the EWA Boost’ team organises regular gatherings between mentees, between mentors, and for the entire cohort, including afterworks and dinners to bring together the community of more than 300 women who have benefited from the programme.

How to apply?

You have until Monday 15 June at midnight to apply on the EWA Boost’ website. The process is simple: browse the list of mentors for the 2026 edition, then complete the application form by outlining your projects, aspirations and motivations, and by selecting three preferred mentors. Matching with the 33 mentors will be carried out during the summer by the volunteer EWA Boost’ team. Each selected mentee will be notified by email, and the name of her mentor will be revealed at a major launch event on Thursday 17 September in Paris!
