The ESSEC Alumni Directory: Yes to Networking, No to Prospecting!

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Terms & Conditions of Use, use of the ESSEC Alumni Directory is subject to specific rules. 

The directory may not be used for commercial purposes

The directory is accessible to all contributing ESSEC Alumni to facilitate exchange between members, for non-commercial purposes only.

As specified in our Terms & Conditions, available on our website, and which alumni accept on creating their account: ‘For the respect and well-being of all, it is prohibited to: (...) misappropriate the Website for propaganda, sales prospecting or political purposes.’  

The directory may not be shared with a third party 

Providing access to the directory, in particular for commercial purposes, or using the directory to carry out prospecting activities, is in breach of our Terms & Conditions, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and commercial activities. Anyone committing these actions will be prosecuted.
