Founded in 2024 by Yohan Imakhoukhene (M23) and Kevin Muller, and incubated within our ESSEC incubator at Station F, Yaarz announces a €1 million fundraising round to accelerate its development and expansion.

Yaarz, the platform revolutionising event-based commerce in the entertainment industry

Yaarz is a SaaS platform and mobile application dedicated to event-based commerce in the entertainment sector (tours, concerts, pop-up stores, venues, festivals, etc.).

Data-centric and designed by industry experts, the Yaarz platform centralises all direct-to-fan sales operations: project configuration, multi-level stock management, performance monitoring, collaborative roles, chart-reporting for music sales, and real-time data analysis.

With an integrated in-app payment solution, the application transforms the experience of on-the-ground teams and offers a robust technology tailored to their constraints. In addition, the tool enhances and streamlines the fan purchasing experience through Click & Collect. Users can generate and display a QR code on large screens, allowing fans to order directly from their phones. Yaarz thus enables its users to maximise revenue generated during tours, concerts, pop-up stores and other live events across all their verticals. The solution has already been adopted by major industry names such as Bigflo and Oli, Helena, Paul Mirabel, Orelsan, Maureen, Zaho de Sagazan, Ben Mazué, Santa, Tiakola, and Harry Styles.

With the ambition of serving players and events of all sizes, Yaarz also offers an additional service by developing a community of local sellers (“Yaarzers”) trained in the platform and in event-based sales. This approach helps make smaller-scale events economically viable, supports regional employment, and contributes to reducing the carbon footprint of projects through a more local and responsible model.

Strengthening growth through new financial partners

This €1 million fundraising round, backed by Sony Music Entertainment FranceCNM, Bpifrance, French Flair, Haut-Parleur Production and a network of business angels, will enable Yaarz to strengthen its teams, enhance its technological features—particularly in data and omnichannel capabilities—accelerate its commercial development within the entertainment industry, and, in the medium to long term, expand into sectors such as sport and food & beverage.

This fundraising marks a key milestone for Yaarz. From the outset, our ambition has been simple: to deeply modernise event-based commerce, which remains largely offline and fragmented. With our platform and application, we enable entertainment players to regain control over their sales, their data and their user experience. This funding will allow us to accelerate product development, strengthen our presence in France and continue to democratise a new way of selling at events—more seamless, more efficient and designed for today’s uses. ” Yohan Imakhoukhene (M23), Co-founder and CEO of Yaarz.

Yaarz aims to expand internationally from 2027 onwards by building partnerships with local European players and intends to become the leading platform for event-based commerce in Europe.
