On 7 April 2026, ESSEC Alumni was informed of a security incident affecting its service provider AlumnForce, which was subject to unauthorised access to its information systems.
This incident impacted around fifty alumni associations, including ours, and resulted in the exfiltration of certain personal data of our members. Individual notifications will be sent to the members concerned with further details.
Our technical teams, together with those of our provider, immediately implemented measures to secure our systems and prevent any further unauthorised access. Please note that during your next login to essecalumni.com, two-factor authentication will be required.

A complaint is currently being filed, and the relevant authorities have been informed, including the CNIL on 8 April 2026.
In this context, we invite our members to exercise increased vigilance due to a heightened risk of phishing, particularly via phone calls, emails or unusual postal communications that may impersonate our association.
We remain fully committed to ensuring the security of our members’ personal data and to informing our stakeholders with full transparency.
