The ESSEC Alumni General Meeting was held on 19 February. On this occasion, 6 candidates were elected to the Board of Directors – 3 new members and 3 members re-elected. Congratulations!

Vivek KADAHALLI RAVI KUMAR (MBA 21) is Human Rights Due Diligence Manager at Danone. A Human Rights specialist and holder of a Master’s degree in Law from Leiden University, Vivek has worked for many years as a consultant, notably at ERM and Global Human Rights Defence.
His projects within the Board of Directors:
• Contribute to strengthening the internationalisation strategy
• Bring a practitioner’s perspective on sustainability and responsible leadership
• Take part in reflections on how ESSEC Alumni can continue to stand out in an increasingly crowded ecosystem.
Dorothée SIDOKPOHOU (E99) is Academic Director of the Master in Marketing Management & Digital (MS MMD) and Professor of Practice in Marketing at ESSEC Business School. She was a Professor of marketing at Paris Dauphine University, after holding the position of Global Brand Head at Novartis and Marketing Manager at Danone. Dorothée is also Co-Director of the Beauty Chair.
Her projects within the Board of Directors:
• Strengthen School–ESSEC Alumni synergies
• Consider creating or highlighting give back mechanisms for all graduates (interviews, mentoring, etc.)
• Encourage joint class reunions (School–ESSEC Alumni) to strengthen the network
Jennie WANG (E17) is a Talent Acquisition Manager at Louis Vuitton. She previously worked as People Development & Learning Manager at L’Oréal in Shanghai. Before that, she was President of the ESSEC Alumni China Chapter, co-founded the Sino-French Forum and created ESSEC Alumni WeChat groups in China.
Her projects within the Board of Directors:
• Bring an international perspective
• Strengthen ties between graduates and international students
• Foster strong links between APAC communities around the Singapore campus

Ghislaine COLELLA (E89) is a Senior Advisor at Cruxy. Previously, she was an Advisor and Investor at Apricity, Senior Vice President at Axa Partners in London, VP Life and Savings Line of Business at Axa in France, and Marketing Officer and Manager at Campbell Soup Company and Unilever. Ghislaine is currently a member of the ESSEC Alumni CRM/Digital Steering Committee and a major donor to the ESSEC Foundation. She was an EWA Boost’ mentor in the United Kingdom.
Her projects within the Board of Directors:
• Develop ESSEC alumni engagement within the alumni community throughout their careers
• Accelerate the roll-out of digital tools able to stimulate alumni engagement
• Highlight diversity and social inclusion within the alumni community
Emilie DUQUENNE (E02) is an Executive Coach and founder of PowerUp Consulting. Previously, she was Chief People & Sustainability Officer at Deezer, HR Lead EMEA at Tesla, and spent 15 years at L’Oréal (including as former Talent Acquisition Director at L’Oréal France). During her first term on the ESSEC Alumni Board, Emilie set up a system for qualifying and assessing applications received to join the Board of Directors, as Chair of the Nominations Committee. She is also a member of the Lifelong Learning steering committee and supports the ESSEC Alumni team on HR-related topics.
Her projects within the Board of Directors:
• Refine the strategic direction and positioning of the Lifelong Learning offering
• Share her expertise in HR, leadership, diversity and inclusion
• Continue HR support for the internal team
Agnès NICOLAS-IFKER (E93) is the founder and Managing Director of A.N.I. Conseil. She was Managing Director of Galileo Global Education France and Publisher and Marketing Director at Mondadori Axel Springer. Agnès is a member of the ESSEC Alumni Lifelong Learning steering committee and an EWA Boost mentor. She also helped organise the programme’s 10th anniversary in July 2025. Agnès is also a member of ESSEC’s Executive Board and a member of the Foundation’s Executive Committee.
Her projects within the Board of Directors:
• Continue her involvement in Transition and Lifelong Learning topics
• Share her expertise in marketing and customer experience
• Act as a key point of contact between the Foundation and ESSEC Alumni
